Mai Tides partnered with The Marketing Consultant Group during the early stages of business development to establish its brand identity and marketing direction.
As President of the group, I coordinated team responsibilities, managed project timelines, and facilitated communication throughout the project. I contributed to the development of the brand’s initial social media presence and helped identify opportunities to build a cohesive brand image across multiple business segments. Additionally, I researched and sourced vendors for branded merchandise and created mockups for apparel, towels, and bags to support the brand’s visual identity and customer experience.
Through this project, I strengthened my skills in brand development, vendor research, creative strategy, project management, and integrated marketing planning.
