Sunday Events Co. partnered with The Marketing Consultant Group during the early stages of launching their business to develop a strategic marketing plan.

During the initial research phase, our team determined that primary research was necessary to better understand the event planning industry and target audience behavior. I designed and developed a comprehensive survey, created the research questions, and conducted the data analysis to identify key insights from the results. In addition, I collaborated with team members to evaluate the competitive landscape, analyzing industry trends, competitor positioning, and market opportunities. These findings helped guide the foundation of a data-driven marketing strategy tailored to support the client’s growth and brand development.
