Conducted a deep dive into the competitive landscape of the “at-home” wine tasting experience market.

While working with The Marketing Consultant Group on a client project, I conducted an in-depth market analysis of the growing at-home wine tasting experience industry.

My research focused on identifying local competitors and understanding how similar businesses positioned themselves within the market. I analyzed competitor websites, branding, and social media platforms to evaluate their messaging, target audience, and overall marketing strategies.

Using these findings, I developed a market trend analysis to identify current industry patterns, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities. In addition, I created a Porter’s Five Forces model to assess the competitive environment and better understand how power, competition, and barriers to entry influence this industry.

This research provided valuable insights that helped guide strategic recommendations for the client and strengthened my skills in competitive analysis, market research, and strategic marketing planning.
