Velora partnered with The Marketing Consultant Group during the early stages of business development to create a marketing plan that would help establish the brand within a highly competitive industry.
As President of the group, I managed project organization by assigning responsibilities, coordinating deadlines, and overseeing team communication. To better understand the competitive landscape, I developed a Porter’s Five Forces analysis to evaluate industry dynamics and identify market opportunities. In addition, I contributed to campaign development and packaging concepts designed to differentiate the brand within the saturated nail polish market.
This experience strengthened my skills in competitive analysis, strategic planning, market evaluation, branding, and product positioning.
