Designed an end-to-end marketing roadmap for an emerging jewelry brand looking to compete in the "affordable luxury" space.

Emerald Finery partnered with The Marketing Consultant Group to develop a marketing plan to relaunch their paused small business.

As President of the group, I led the initial client outreach and meetings, working directly with the business owner to understand their goals, challenges, and marketing needs.

After defining the scope of the project, I managed the overall organization of the team by setting deadlines, coordinating responsibilities, and ensuring we stayed on track to meet client expectations. Throughout the project, I also conducted research on local competitors to develop a competitive landscape analysis, identifying how similar businesses positioned themselves in the market and where opportunities for growth existed.

During the final presentation, I delivered the competitive analysis overview and helped present our strategic recommendations to the client. This experience strengthened my skills in leadership, client relations, project management, competitive research, and strategic marketing planning.
